These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Alpha-Z Technologies ("Alpha-Z," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology company headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. By creating an account or otherwise using our products and services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
GeoAfric is a platform providing real-time family tracking, personal health monitoring, SOS alerts, and community safety intelligence for consumers, and fleet management, enterprise dashboards, hospitality operations, and marketing automation for businesses. Alpha-Z Technologies is the company that builds, owns, and operates GeoAfric along with our other products — Solar Energy Intelligence, SolarTrack, and Alpha-Z Devices — and specialist divisions including Alpha-Z Secure and Alpha-Z Training.

GeoAfric and our other products are offered under multiple plan tiers with recurring billing cycles as described at checkout or in your service agreement. Refunds are handled as follows:
Business clients engaging Alpha-Z Technologies for pilots or enterprise deployments are subject to the terms of their pilot agreement, including any conversion terms from pilot to paid subscription and any service-level agreement (SLA) commitments set out in that agreement. Data generated or provided by a business client through its use of the platform remains the property of that client, subject to Alpha-Z's right to process it as needed to provide the service.
The GeoAfric platform, and all software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising it, are owned by Alpha-Z Technologies. Data that you or your organization submit or generate through use of the platform ("client data") remains your property; we claim no ownership over it beyond the license needed to operate the service on your behalf.
For consumer-tier use, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha-Z Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Enterprise and B2B clients are governed by the liability terms set out in their separate signed agreement, which take precedence over this section for that client.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time — you by closing your account, and Alpha-Z by suspending or terminating accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, you will have a 30-day window to export your data before it is deleted from our systems, except where longer retention is required by law or a separate signed agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
